Abstract

Nwunye Di invites the viewer to ponder on the cultural predisposition of the Igbos to polygamy, from the perspective of the co wives. This abstract use of body language at story telling, depicts to figures in front of two slightly, distant doors to two different huts, expressing the need for a man to acquire some wealth before he can take two wives, as he must provide for both individually and collectively.
